She Was Never Asking For Fear

A powerful poem and anthem on fear, injustice, and the voices that refuse to stay unheard.

19 May 2026 3 min read

The streets are dark, and the fear feels so real, A pain that words just can't ever heal. How many sisters? How many cries are unheard? Hidden deep behind a thousand lies, every word

The system's failing, the laws move so slow, While anger stirs and the shadows grow. We don't just want a candle's weak light, We want to feel safe walking in the night.

No more candles after another crime, No more waiting, now is the time. We demand a world where girls feel free, Safe to live exactly how life should be.
